The maximum obligation of the United Stales payable under this OrJ8r shall be $80,000 lor airport development.
This offer Is made in accordance with and fQr the purpose of carrying out the app.cable provisions of 1M Federal
Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, codified at Tille 49 of the United Stalell Code. Acceptance and executlon of
this offer shllA comprise a Grant Agreement, 8& provided by Tille 49 of the United StlItes Code, constituting the
conbactual obligatlons and rights of the UnIlied Slales and the Sponsor.
