THIS AGREEMENT FOR ASSIGNMENT, made by and between Patrick J. Ogden, Jr.,

and Robert Dean, as lessee, dated October 2, 1984, concerning a hangar at the Key
West International Airport (Exhibit B) including an ADDENDUM TO LEASE, dated
the 7th day of July 1987 (Exhibit C) and approved on that date by the County
COIIII1issioners of Monroe County, Florida, DOES HEREBY ASSIGN ALL OF HIS R GHT,

ROBERT DEAN, as Lessee, dated October 2, 1984, concerning a
hangar at the Key West International Airport.

The Lessor hereby. covenants and agrees with the Ikssee as

1. The Lessee shall have the Light to erect a portable

of housing airplanes .:md providing for the care, repair and

D. To pay all utilities, includini gas, electricity, water
and garbage disposal charges, 'if 2ny, as ~ell as all installation
charges that may be required for any such utilities.
E. To make no improper or unlawiul or offensive use of said
premises, and to permit the Lessor or its agents to inspec~ the
leased premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of view-
ing the condition thereof.
F. The'Lessee agrees to hold the Lessor harmless from any
liability by reason of his use of said hangar. including any
liability arising out of ilny a(;cid~nt incurred or caused by his
equipment,
employees,
invitees,
personnel
and/or
guests,
~ facilities, and will maintain public liability insurance in a
reasonable amount sufficient to ,protect the Lessor, but not less
\ than $100,000/$300,000.

1. That at th, expiration of the term of this lease, the
Lessee will quietly and peaceably deliver up possession of the
leased premises, remove the aircraft hangar located thereon;

and adjustment everytbree (3) years.
7. At the expiration of ' this lease, Lessee shall have the
option to renew this lease for an additional five (5) year period
under the same term. and conditions, if agreeable to Lessor.

Lessee shall have the option to renew said Lease after the

AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO LEASE BY ANn BETWEEN
THE COUNTY OF MONROE AND ROBERT DEAN,
CONCERNING A HANGAR AT THE KEY WEST
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That said Board hereby authorizes the Chairman of the Board
to execute an Addendum to. Lease by and between the County of
Monroe and Robert Dean, a copy of same being attached hereto,
concerning a hangar at the Key West International Airport.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
