A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 450-2008
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 450-2008, heretofore enacted for the purpose of receiving unanticipated funds, contains an erroneous
information, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Commission to rectify by amendment such errors, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COllNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No.
450-2008 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of receiving unanticipated funds in Fiscal Year 2009 contained
certain erroneous infonnation and said resolution, passed and adopted on November J 9th, 2008, is hereby amended:
