WHEREAS, Resolution ",umber 034-2009. heretofore enacted for the purpose of receiving unanticipated funds. contains an erroneous
information. and
\VHEREAS, it is the desire of the CommissIon to rectify by amendment such errors. now therefore,
BE iT RESOLVEO BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSiONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No.
034-2009 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of receiving unanticipated funds in Fiscal Year 2009 contained
certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and adopted OIl January 28th .2009, is hereby amended:
