Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact this office. cc: County Attorney Finanfe File ..t SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR AMERICAN WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENTS FOR COUNTY FACILITIES AND ROADS This Amendment is made and entered this 18th day of March, 2009, between the COUNlY OF MONROE, ("Owner") and MBIIK2M ARCHITECTURE, INC., ("Consultant") in order to amend the Contract between the parties dated July 16, 2008, and as Amended on November 19, 2008, for the performance of ADA Compliance Assessments of Monroe County Facilities and Roads, as follows: WITNESSETH WHEREAS, OIl July 16, 2008, the parties entered into an Agreement for Consulting Services for ADA Compliance Assessments for Monroe County Facilities and Roads; and WHEREAS, the First Amendment to Contract of November 1~, 2008 adjusted the BOCC owned facilities and roads to include 604,524 s.f. of buildings, 70 sites, and 85 intersections; and WHEREAS, the First Amendment to Contract of November 19, 2008 reveals that all County owned sidewalks in the City of Key West are the resPOllSibility of the City of Key West through an Inter-local Agreement; and WHEREAS, the UpPer Keys Community Pool, Inc. dIb/aJ Jacobs Aquatic Center also requires an ADA Compliance Assessment; now therefore IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises contained herein, the ~d'ereg agree as follows: 0 ):> ~ S5Qz :II: I Z =- 1.
