We mutually agreed to the rate reduction to commence May 1, 2009 and all documents were signed by both parties and just approved by the Department of Management Services June 10, 2009. Since the Department of Juvenile Justice did not want to delay rental payments to you during the approval process, we continued to pay the old (higher) rate of$3,951.62 for the months of May and June. This letter is to inform you that July payment will be: $2,914.64. This was calculated by taking the correct approved rate $3,614.96 -less the overpayment of $336.66 x 2 months which equates to $673.32; only for the month of July.
