WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) for Monroe County, Florida, has determined at a meeting dated May 20,2009, that Lot 69, Conch Key, has no beneficial use to anyone other than the adjacent property owners; and WHEREA.S, the current valuation of the lot by the Monroe County Property Appraiser is $12,000; and WHEREA.S, under Florida Statutes, Section 125.35(2), the BOCC may sell the property directly to the adjacent property owners after giving notice by certified mail to adjacent property owners; and WHEREAS, the conditions for such sale have been met; NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the Party of the First Part does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the Party of the Second Part, and assigns, forever, all the right, title and interest of the Party of the First Part to the property herein described, all that certain land situate in Monroe_County, Florida, viz: Lot 69, Conch Key, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 130, in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
