of a resolution to the DCA at the request of Reef Retreat at Ocean Reef, proposing an ordinance to
amend the subject property’s Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation from Residential Medium
(RM) to Residential High (RH) to the next transmittal hearing which will be held in the first quarter of
2010.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
The Planning Commission held a public hearing in Marathon on June 24, 2009 and based on the facts
presented at the meeting, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Future Land Use Map
amendment application to the Board of County Commissioners.
