At the June 17, 2009, Board of County Commissioners' meeting the Board granted approval and authorized execution of Amendment 001 to Contract AA-929 between Monroe County Social Services and the Alliance for Aging, which changes the unit rate and the number of service units for Nutrition Education. The total amount of funding for Nutrition Education remains the same. Enclosed are two duplicate originals of the above-mentioned, executed on behalf of Monroe County, for your handling.
