. 2007-Present: Retired USAF Colonel and highly decorated former F-16 pilot, Key West, FL.
Full time father to a KWHS senior. Volunteer: Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society, Meals on Wheels, America Cancer Society, Literacy Volunteers of
America, and Aircraft Owner's and Pilot Association. Life member: VFW, Air Force
Association, Order of lJaedaJians, and Disabled American Vets. Member: American
Legion, Military Officer's Association of America, Boat Owner's Association of the US.
Currently enrolled in Key West's Citizen Police Academy and Ambassador programs and
the Leadership Monroe County program.
. 2004-2007: Chief of Staff, Joint Interagency Task Force South, NAS Key West, FL.
Reported directly to 2-star Admiral. Prioritized, coordinated, and directed the activities of a
553-personjoint, interagency, and international staff consisting of all services, civilians,
contractors, US law enforcement agencies, and liaisons from 12 countries, all involved in
24/7 counter narcoterrorism activities in a 42 million square mile operating area. Managed
multi-functional areas including manpower, planning and execution of a $45.7M annual
operating budget, facilities support for an 81k sq ft facility, command, control and
communications support, as well as front office and special staff such as Legal, Protocol,
and Quality of Life.
