Dear Sir:
Enclosed please find three (3) executed copies of an Agreement
between the Board of County Commissioners and yourself for the
construction of a communications building at Key West, Marathon
and Tavernier Sheriff's Sub-station that was approved by the
Board of County Commissioners at a regular meeting in formal
session on September 27, 1977.
Please execute said Agreement and return the original and one
copy of each in the self-addressed envelope.
Also enclosed for your information is a certified Resolution
on each Agreement that was approved by the Board at the same
time the Agreement was executed.
