CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
Project Title: Traffic Signal Maintenance Contract Job No. N/A
Contractor: Coastal Electric Service, Inc. Contract Date: 12-14-94
Nature of the Change: Change "not to exceed" amount from $50,000 to
$51,648.05 to cover repairs to traffic signal in December 1996. This
two year contract was not expected to cost more than $50 , 000 to
repair traffic signals as they malfunctioned. However, additional
repairs were necessary bringing the final billing to $51,648.05.
The changes result in the following:
