RE: Notice of providing materials and labor and nonpayment

Gentlemen:
This letter is to advise you on behalf of our client, D.C. Pfeiffer
Landscape & Construction, Inc., that materials and labor for the
project known as the Marathon High School Athletic Field have been
provided and timely payment has not been made. Enclosed herewith
is a copy of an application for payment number 1 for periods up to
August 25, 1994. The location calls for a total payment due as of
that point and time of $17,000 less retainage of $1,700 for payment
of $15,300.
Since that period of time additional work has been completed and no
payments have been made.
Should our client not receive immediate payment pursuant to its
contract it will have to cease work and bring a claim against the
bond for the said project.
