The public records of Monroe County reflecting show that
Ray L. Brown did purchase that property wherein the State
Attorney has space located in Marathon. This property was
formerly owned by Eric W. Ball and his wife. Any and all
rents shall be paid to Mr. Brown in accordance with the
notice of 4-19-92, a copy of which you have afforded me.
I would suggest that a confirmation from Mr. Brown be
secured to the extent that the checks for this county shall
forthwith be sent to Mr. Ray L. Brown at Brown Enterprises,
Post Office Box 19310, Houston, Texas 77024.
