In accordance with our telephone conversation, I am attaching
herewith for your handling and follow-through one duplicate
original and one copy of the Assignment of Retainer Agreement
from the firm of Haben, Culpepper, Dunbar & French to the firm
of Apgar and Theriaque concerning the case of Schmitt v. Monroe
County which was approved by the Board on August 5, 1992 and
which has now been executed by all parties.
