ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of ~Jhfbi ltohb1y:- ~Wrida,
and Blue Heaven, Inc. entered into a contract on the 3rd l(f'ay of Octo~er,~' 1990,

to the Bahama Village Goombay Festival, and
WHEREAS, certain items have been submitted for payment, which are not
part of the original contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, this agreement is entered into this 13th day of .l!JtllroJ7) /qq J
III consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties agree as
follows:
1 · The scope of serVIces IS amended to include the following additional
payments to the Key West Citizen:
(a) one (1) 30 inch ads 3 inch by 10 inch total size at a civic rate of
$6.60 per inch on October 16, 1990 for an amount not to exceed $198.00, and
(b) one (I) 30 inch ad 3 inch by 10 inch total size at a rate of $8.60
per inch on October 19, 1990 for an amount not to exceed $60.00 (this is in
addition to the $198.00 already paid under the original contract).
The total amount of the contract remains at $30,000.00.
2. The contract term will be extended by sixty (60) days.
3 · The remaining provisions of the contract dated October 3, 1990, and
the addendum to the contract dated November 14, 1990, remain in full force and
effect.
