Scope of work -.. should include removal of existing (remaining) roof system, haul

All work to comply with applicable building codes and as per manufacturers
specifications, where applicable.
Indemnify the C~unty:

"For valuable consideration, the receipt thereof being hereby expressly acknowledged,
Bob Hilson & Company, Inc. (hereafter "Hilson") hereby agrees to indemnify Monroe
CoWlty from and against any and al1 claims, suits, costs, expense, loss, damages,
attorney's fees and demands of any nature whatsoever, in law or in equity, arising out
of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, HiJson's
performance of any work or activities upon the premises subject of this agreement,
including, without limiting the generality thereof, the work, operations and activities of
any Hilson laborers, employees, agents, subcontractors, suppliers materialmen or
others more remote. Additionally, Hilson shall include Monroe County as an
additional insured on Hilson! s commercial liability policy covering Hilson · s
performance upon the aforesaid premises.
