Brown Date: February 5, 1986 'lbe ~e rn are Accepted: Att~~~~ Date: f;Awt' 4///t/ GC/IIS · ATTACHMENT TO CHANGE ORDER #2 WEST MARTELLO TOWER Paragraph 1.03 of the Contract between Monroe County and Construction and Repair Specialists of Florida, Incorporated is ammended to include for (G) as follows: 1.03 Specifications and Scope of Construction Work: (G) Entrance arcade (Escarpement), arcade vault number four (4), exposed edge of archway soffit between piers number three (3) and four (4). (1) The brick archway area will be cleaned with a high pressure water spray and all loose mortar removed. (2) Test condition/integrity of remaining bricks in the archway soffit and remove any which cannot be properly refastened. (3) Properly dress the exposed edges of the brick archway so as to remove portions of any bricks that irregularly protrude into the archway void without support. (4) Refasten all remaining loose archway bricks with epoxy. (5) Repoint all bricks with pressure mortar injection system and/or gel mortar and, in so far as possible, restore the original appearance of the mortared brick.
