STIPULATION TO VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL
Stipulation made this yti day of September, 1998, between defendant BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, MONROE COUNTY FLORIDA ("Monroe County"), and
Plaintiffs CORAL KEY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., JERRY A.
KANSIER, BUDDY MCGILL and CAROLYN SARA DUKESHIRE. Monroe County agrees
to be bound by any injunction or declaratory judgment that might be issued by the court regarding
the eviction of the residents of Coral Key Village Mobile Home Park (the "Park") based on a
change of land use for the Park. Based on the foregoing stipulation, plaintiffs do hereby stipulate
to a voluntary dismissal of Monroe County without prejudice.
