Dear Members of the Value Adjustment Board:
I am terribly sorry that I will be unable to attend the 2010 Organizational Meeting
of the Value Adjustment Board on October 19, 2010.
I will be representing a client before the Monroe County Planning Commission at
the same time and simply cannot be in two places at once.
However, I would greatly appreciate the Board's consideration of my Application
for Reappointment to serve as the Value Adjustment Board's Special Master with
regard to Exemptions/Classifications. While I have previously submitted my
resume, attached please find an up -dated resume for your consideration.
Thank you_ very much for your time and consideration.
