our conversation, I am returning the FKCC covering the FKCC Keys Chorale Concert Series
between December 2010 - April 2011, in an amount not to exceed $11,277 FY 2011, Two Penny
Cultural Umbrella Funding as the signature was not witnessed. I did get over zealous with the
Mayor's stamp and stamped the document; therefore, I removed the page. Can you please replace
the signature page? My apologies.

AMENDMENT 0st AMENDMENT) TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT to agreement dated the_dJ&day of " 2010, is entered into by and
between the Board of County Commissioners for Monroe County, on behalf of the Tourist Development
Council, and the Marine Mammal Conservancy, Inc. a not for profit organization organized and
operating under the laws of the state of Florida (Grantee).
WHEREAS, there was an agreement entered into on October 21, 2009 between the parties,
awarding $74,986 to the Marine Mammal Conservancy, Inc. for the Marine Mammal Conservancy
Phase 1 project; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to request an extension to agreement to allow time to
complete the permitting requirements for segment 3 of the project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties
agree to the amended agreement as follows:
1. The agreement period as outlined in Paragraph 1 is extended to November 30, 2010, and all
references within the agreement to the termination date shall be changed to November 30, 2010.
