(b) On -Site Disposal Systems (OSDS) The interim level of service for OSDS pending completion of the OSDS evalu- ation and feasibility assessment for the Sanitary Wastewater Master Plan shall be as required for compliance with the requirements of the most recent versions of Chapter 1OD-6 and Chapter 1OD-6, Part II, F.A.C. Permanent Level of Service Standards: The interim level of service standards for wastewater treatment plants and OSDS shall be superseded and replaced by standards established as a result of completion of the Sanitary Wastewater Master Plan (see Objective 901.4 and supporting policies). These standards shall be made on the best available data based on nutrient loading, cost, technical feasibility and reliability, while maintaining the quality of ground, nearshore and offshore waters. (ii) Dry detention volume shall be provided equal to 75 percent of the above amount computed for wet detention. (iii) Retention volume shall be provided equal to 50 per- cent of the above amounts computed for wet detention. (2) Stormwater discharge facilities which directly discharge to Outstanding Florida Waters shall include an additional 50% of the water quality treatment specified in section (a) by a factor of 1.5.
