THIS AGREEMENT made this 22 day of
June , A.D.
1976, by and between the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the first part, and FLORENCE M. POWELL,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the second part, for and
in consideration of the sum of $300.00, payable in three (3) equal
monthly installments, the first of which said installments shall
become due and payable on the 31st day of July, 1976, and on the
last day of each and every month thereafter during the term of
this agreement, hereby agrees to furnish janitorial services to
the party of the first part at the Key Largo Monroe County Employ-
ment and Job Development Office.
It is hereby further agreed between the party of the first
part and the party of the second part that in the event Federal
funds cease to be available that this agreement shall become null
and void and of no force and effect, and -the party of the second
part further agrees not to make any claims against the party of
the first part in the event said funds become unavailable.
It is also further agreed by and between the parties here-
to that either party may cancel this agreement by giving thirty
(30) days notice in writing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
agreement the day and year first above written.
