10/14/1983AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
THE COUNTY OF MONROE AND PROVINCETOWN-BOSTON AIRLINE, INC.
The Agreement dated the 6th day of November, 1980, which was
entered into by and between the County of Monroe, State of
Florida, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of said
County, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor", and Provincetown-
Boston Airline, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation authorized to
do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Lessee",
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, since the parties have entered into said Agreement
as of November 6, 1980, and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend this Agreement by
adding thereto the leasing of certain additional land at the Key
West International Airport under the terms and conditions herein
contained,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the
mutual covenants, promises and premises herein contained, the
parties to the original Agreement do herein for themselves, their
successors, legal representatives and assigns further agree as
follows:
1. That the Agreement dated November 6, 1980, is hereby
amended to provide for the leasing of a parcel of land at the Key
West International Airport adjacent to the present Terminal
Building occupied by Lessee as marked as enclosed on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof. The total area to be
leased is 10,044 sq. ft.
2. Lessee shall be entitled to use said area to park
aircraft ground support equipment.
3. This Amendment to Agreement shall become operative and
effective the 1st day of October, 1983, and shall end on the 31st
day of March, 1984, unless sooner terminated as hereinafter
provided.
4. Lessee agrees to pay Lessor as rental the annual sum of
$2,511.00 plus 5% state tax payable as follows:

Monthly installments of $209.25 plus 5%
state tax on the first day of each and
every month thereafter during the term
of this amendment, the first of said
payments being due beginning October 1,
1983.
5. The parties specifically agree that the rental rates
previously provided for herein shall increase automatically seven
(7) per cent per year. All increases in rental rates will be
computed annually after the first year of this lease and be used
for the following year's rental rates.
6. Lessee further agrees to vacate the premises as
described herein upon 30-days notice by Lessor that said area is
needed for construction of an expanded terminal building or at
the request of the County for any changes, expansion or
improvements deemed necessary or desirable by the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County.
7. That in all other respects, the Agreement as amended
heretofore remains in full force and effect for the term of the
original Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
Amendment to Agreement and duplicates thereof to be executed in
their respective names, signed, by their respective officers,
sealed with their seals and duly attested this 14th day of
October
