At the Board meeting of August 12, 1998, the Board approved
the following:
Contract Agreement between Monroe County and the Redland
Company, Inc., for the repair, replacement and/or the relocation
of channel markers in the Lower Keys.
Contract Agreement between Monroe County and the Redland
Company, Inc., for the repair, replacement and/or the relocation
of channel markers in the Upper Keys. i
At the Board meeting of September 9, 1998, the Board
approved the following:
Contract Agreement between Monroe County and A.S A.P., Inc.,
for the emergency repair of channel marker 12 Upper Mitecumbe
West Channel.
Attached hereto are fully executed duplicate originals of
each document, for your return to the contractors.

On January 13, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners granted approval and
authorized execution of the following:
Amendment to Agreement between Monroe County and the Redland Company,
Inc., for an extension of time to complete the repair and/or replacement
of channel markers in the Upper Keys.
Amendment to Agreement between Monroe County and the Redland Company,
Inc., for an extension of time to complete the repair and/or replacement
of channel markers in the Lower Keys.
