which is hereby acknowledged, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY hereby releases on this , Z day of November, 1996, the
property owned by MICHAEL MOREAU hereinafter described from a certain
mortgage filed and recorded in the Public Records of Monroe County, State of
Florida, at Book 1123, page 0198, et seq., on the 6th day of March, 1990, which
mortgage is for the rental rehabilitation of said property; and hereby declare said
