That the $60,000 be spent on capital improvements and repairs at the facility which the County leases from the City on Stock Island. 4. That the County as soon as practicable commence with expenditure of these funds to alieviate the existing conditions. 5. That the County permits the Society to place a plaque on the building at our expense honoring certain of our past presidents whose efforts made this donation possible. 6. It is the desire of our organization to conclude its business and to end its existance and, at that time, we might to be in a position to donate additional monies which we hope the Board will match.
