Dear Mr. Skelly,
This will confirm our conversation of Wednesday, November 4th for an agreement
to place a framed advertisement on the wall of the Marathon Air Terminal for
Key Colony Beach, a luxury condominium complex now under construction in Key
Colony Beach.
The advertisement would be placed on the South wall of the air terminal on
the brown corkboard which is presently there.
The lease term would be from December 1, 1981 through September 30, 1982 at
an annualized rate of $720 ($60 per month) plus 4% sales tax. For the ten-
month period, it would total $600 plus $24 sales tax, or $624.
Enclosed is -a check for $247 which represents the balance between the $624
and the $377 remitted in my letter of October 8, 1981.
We will contact Mr. Agnew in Marathon when we are ready to post the advertise-
ment and coordinate the placement with him.

Dear Ms. Pinder,
I am in receipt of your November 18th letter and the copies of the lease for sign
space in Marathon Airport.
Concerning the term of the lease; Mr. Arthur Skelly, Director of Monroe County
Airports, previously requested that the lease terminate on September 30, 1982,
the end of the fiscal year for the County. Consequently, I have amended Sections
2 and 3, and placed my initials thereto.
Concerning the size of the sign, it was agreed by Mr. George Dolezal, Chairman of
the Board of County Commissions and Mr. Richard Agnew, Marathon Airport Manager,
that a three-foot by three-foot sign would be more logical and desirable, con-
sidering the present square corkboard upon which it would be mounted. Consequently,
I have amended Section 4 and placed my initials thereto.
The lease amendment action was taken with the approval of Mr. Skelly, per telephone
discussion of November 23, 1981.
If the amended copies of the lease are now acceptable to you, would you kindly
initial the changes and return one copy for our records.
