Roberts, former County Administrator, reforming his prior contracts in order to attribute automobile allowances as regular compensation for FRS calculations pursuant to the original intent of the parties. N7 Agreement with Hogan Lovells US, LLP to provide legal services and advice regarding the County's obligations under the Endangered Species Act and the 2010 Biological Opinion. N8 Amendment to Agreement with Terramar Environmental Services, Inc. to expand the scope of services. Attached are the electronic copies of the above -mentioned. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact this office. cc: Finance File AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 19, 2011 BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND TERRAMAR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. J1 On this day of May, 2011, A.D., the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, as the legislative and governing body of Monroe County, Florida, and in accordance with the powers enumerated in Section 125.01, Florida Statutes, ("County") and Terramar Environmental Services, Inc. ("Consultant") enter into this Amendment to their Agreement dated January 19, 2011. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and provisions contained herein, the parties amend the January 19, 2011 Agreement ("the Agreement") as follows: 1. The County and Attorney hereby agree to amend the Agreement to expand the scope of services set forth in Section I of the Agreement to include testifying as an expert witness in any matter in litigation involving the County, including but not limited to those regulatory takings cases specifically listed in the first paragraph of the Agreement or to those cases in which the County is a defendant. 2. The remaining terms of the Agreement shall be unaffected by this Amendment and shall remain in full force and effect except as specifically referenced herein. 3.
