This office has examined the D.C.A. vs. Bartecki documents.
The attached three (3) originals and exhibits have been examined
by this office, and we have determined that said originals and
exhibits are exact copies and conform with the settlement
agreement signed by Mayor Hernandez on August 18, 1987, the same
being the subject of Resolution No. 316-1987 passed by the Monroe
County Commission on August 18, 1987.
