Please find enclosed the grant contract between FDEP and the
County which was bulk approved (Item M-1) at the December 18 BOCC
meeting in Marathon. I have enclosed two originals and three
copies of the contract.
By copy of this memorandum, I am requesting that the Clerk's r
office return the two originals executed by the Mayor to me for
transmittal to FDEP for final signature by the Director. When the
agreement is fully executed, I will send an original to the B
Clerk's office and copies to Grants Management, Finance and the
County Attorney's office for their files.
