Contract B9511(1)B9511 (DEP Contract Number) STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION Amendment to Agreement #1 This Amendment entered into on J(,"e l �fi-- , 19T6, serves to amend portions of the Agreement dated June 15, 1995, by and between the Department of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as DEPARTMENT, and Monroe County, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and the City of Key West, hereinafter referred to as the CITY, for the recreational boating project known as Key West Mooring Buoy, Project #B95011. In and for the mutual covenants between them, the DEPARTMENT, the COUNTY and the CITY agree that the following amendments shall apply to the above referenced Agreement: Paragraph 4, Sentence Two is amended as follows: The CITY agrees to complete the project on or before September 15, 1996. Paragraph 5, Sentence One is amended as follows: The DEPARTMENT agrees to obligate and make available to the COUNTY the approved project amount of $4,800.00 for the project authorized by this agreement. In all other respects the Agreement of which this is an Amendment and attachments relative thereto shall remain in full force and effect.
