( "CONTRACTOR "), a Florida corporation, whose address is 3201 Flagler Avenue, Suite 503, Key! West, Florida 33040. WHEREAS, the parties hereto did on August 20, 2008, enter in to an agreement for panic and fire alarm system annual certification, maintenance and monitoring services for Monroe County (hereinafter "Original Agreement "); and WHEREAS, on August 10, 2010, the parties hereto did amend this agreement to add services, clarify language, and made the contract scope; and WHEREAS, the parties have found the Original Agreement, as amended, to be mutually beneficial; and WHEREAS, the parties find that it would be mutually beneficial to enter into this first renewal agreement; now therefore NOW THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and covenants set forth below, the parties agree as follows: In accordance with Paragraph 5 of the Original Agreement: a. The County exercises the first of the two (2) one -year renewal options to renew the Original Agreement. The contract term will commence September 1, 2011 and terminate on August 31, 2012. b.
