PHASE I
CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 TO EXISTING MASTER CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND HEWETT-KIER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
DATED JUNE 25, 1986.
This Change Order deletes and supercedes Change Order Nos. 2 and 3 in their entirety.
The following items were approved by the Monroe County Board of County
Commissioners at their regular meeting held February 3, 1987.
DESCRIPTION AMOUNT
1. Add second floor block, reinforced concrete columns and tie beams. $ 42,636
2. Add second floor roof slab, stairtower and elevator shaft $ 86,257
(originally estimated prior to final plans).
3. Add second floor system and delete first floor roof. $ 35,008
4. Additional railings (42" in lieu of 36" requiring additional rail) $ 16,589
and miscellaneous metal truss connectors/supports.

Additional stucco for second floor and stairtower (after completion
