This Change Order deletes and supercedes Change Order Nos. 2 and 3 in their entirety. The following items were approved by the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners at their regular meeting held February 3, 1987. DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 1. Add second floor block, reinforced concrete columns and tie beams. $ 42,636 2. Add second floor roof slab, stairtower and elevator shaft $ 86,257 (originally estimated prior to final plans). 3. Add second floor system and delete first floor roof. $ 35,008 4. Additional railings (42" in lieu of 36" requiring additional rail) $ 16,589 and miscellaneous metal truss connectors/supports. 5. Additional stucco for second floor and stairtower (after completion $ 13,668 of final plans). 6. Special storefron windows for second floor. $ 13,221 7. Hollow metal doors and frames for extra storage rooms in stair- $ 4,280 tower. 8. Outside lighting. $ 4,500 9. Mechanical connections of second floor to first floor. $ 3,000 10.
