CONTRACT BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND HEWETT-HIER
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, DATED JUNE 25, 1986.
The following items were approved as a Change Order by the Monroe County Board of
County Commissioners at their regular meeting held June 2, 1987.
DESCRIPTION AMOUNT
1. Deduct 750 gal. septic tank with 160 sq. ft. drainfield and
add 900 gal. septic tank with 468 sq. ft. drainfield and
manhole per HRS requirement $ 2,478
2. Add unpainted plywood shelving in vault requested by User 2,130
3. Deduct 7' cabinet and add 7' wall with door for property
Appraisal offices requested by User (CREDIT) (551)
4. Add 7' wall table with trough for property appraisal
