to Section 713.23, FLORIDA STATUTES, Section 255.05, FLORIDA STATUTES
or any other Statute or common law, the undersigned intends to look
to that bond for payment. Further, if a payment bond does exist we
request a copy. Failure to furnish a copy may render you liable for
damages.
