RECEIPT IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED of the sum of Fifteen Thou-
sand and Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($15,050.00) from STEPHEN M.
HINCHCLIFFE and MERRIE M. HINCHCLIFFE as a deposit on account of
the purchase price of the following described property upon the
terms and conditions as stated herein:
In the City of Key West and known on the map
of said City delineated in February, A.D.,
1829, by William A. Whitehead, as part of Lot
2, in Square 63, and more particularly
described as follows: COMMENCING at a point
on Southard Street, distant 62 feet from the
corner of Southard and Whitehead Streets and
running thence in a Southeasterly direction
50 feet; thence at right angles in a
Southwesterly direction 22.35 feet; thence at
right angles in a Northwesterly direction 50
feet; thence at right angles in a
Northeasterly direction 22.35 feet to a Point
of Beginning. ALSO
On the Island of Key West, Monroe County,
Florida, and known on the map of said City of
Key West, delineated in February, A.D., 1829,
by William A. Whitehead as Part of Lot 2, in
Square 63, and more particularly described as
commencing at the Southerly corner of
Southard Street and Whitehead Street, and
running thence Southeasterly along the
Southwesterly side of Whitehead Street 50
feet; thence at right angles in a
Southwesterly direction 61 feet to the Point
of Beginning of the parcel hereinafter
described; thence continue Southwesterly one
foot; thence at right angles in a
Northwesterly direction 50 feet to the
Southeasterly side of Southard Street; thence
running Northeasterly along the said
Southeasterly side of Southard Street one
foot; thence at right angles in a
Southeasterly direction 50 feet to the Point
of Beginning. TOGETHER with a three foot
easement for ingress and egress in, on, and
over the property belonging to the party of
the first part adjacent to the above de-
scribed premises on the Northeasterly side
thereof.
Purchase price: One Hundred Fifty Thousand Five Hundred and
00/100 Dollars ($150,500.00).
Terms and conditions of sale: Fifteen Thousand and Fifty
and 00/100 Dollars ($15,050.00) representing 10% of the purchase
price paid at time of execution of this contract and receipt of
said amount is hereby acknowledged. The balance of the above
stated purchase price is due and payable at closing.
Taxes, insurance, interest, assessments, rents and other
expenses or revenue of said property shall be paid, assumed or
pro -rated from date of closing.
Certified liens shall be paid, assumed or pro -rated from
date of closing.
Pending liens shall be paid, assumed or pro -rated from date
of closing.
It is understood and agreed that this property is being sold
and purchased subject to the restrictions and limitations of

record common to the neighborhood, and subject to any easements
for public utilities, which may be of record or may become liens
through pending legislation before consummation of contract.
It is agreed that this transaction shall c sed and the
purchasers shall pay the balance of the purcha e e and
execute all papers necessary to be executed b for the
completion of their purchase within U ( d X,sN from exe-
cution of this agreement; otherwise the sum t`�iis day paid shall
be retained by the seller or agent as liquidated and agreed
damages, and the parties hereto shall be relieved from all
obligations under this instrument.
This contract shall be binding upon both parties, the seller
and the purchasers, their heirs, executors or assigns, when
approved by the owner of the property above described.
We agree to purchase the above described property on the
terms and conditions stated in the foregoing instrument.
