Dear Sirs:
of Commissioners
326 SOUTHARD STREET
KEY WEST, FL 33040

My wife and I, together with Mr. and Mrs. Mark Kelly were bidders
on the real property offered by the County for sale. The County
advertised for bids in the Key West Citizen and the bids were
opened on January 5, 1987, by the County Attorney.
Our bid of $150,500.00 was inclusive of the County accepting a
mortgage @ 7% for 25 years.. We would like to state that we will
seek private financing in the amount of $120,000.00 and recind
our request that the County carry the mortgage; therefore, our
bid is now cash, contingent only upon obtaining the financing
within 45 days with a.closing in 60 days.
We hope that we will be awarded the bid for the real property
located at 326 Southard Street on this basis.
