Dear Commissioners:
Although the Historic Key West Preservation Board
has not been officially notified of the proposed air-
conditioning at the Armory, we have received several
letters from state agencies and individual inquires about
the proposal.
We are interested in seeing that the Armory serves
the best interest of the Senior Citizens, however, we
should be notified in advance of any proposed interior or
exterior changes in accordance with our agreement with
you dated June 4, 1975. Item #10 of that Sublease Agree-
ment provides that "The Sublessee shall not alter or remodel
the building inside or out without prior approval of the
Lessee."
We would appreciate seeing any plans that are available
as soon as possible. Thanks for your cooperation.
Sin erely,
Wright ngley
