Box 1680 Key West, Florida 33040 Dear Commissioners: Although the Historic Key West Preservation Board has not been officially notified of the proposed air- conditioning at the Armory, we have received several letters from state agencies and individual inquires about the proposal. We are interested in seeing that the Armory serves the best interest of the Senior Citizens, however, we should be notified in advance of any proposed interior or exterior changes in accordance with our agreement with you dated June 4, 1975. Item #10 of that Sublease Agree- ment provides that "The Sublessee shall not alter or remodel the building inside or out without prior approval of the Lessee." We would appreciate seeing any plans that are available as soon as possible. Thanks for your cooperation.
