Contractor agrees to accept this LUMP SUM CHANGE ORDER as FINAL SETTLEMENT for this extra work and all related impacts
due to this contract change for the LUMP SUM AMOUNT of $ 35,915.00 and 28 days.

Marathon Fire Station No. 1
General Scope of Work
1) Remove and properly dispose of all existing roofing materials
from roof deck and all parapets
2) Remove all pitch pans, abandoned conduit stubs, anchor stubs
and insulated anchor from roof deck and parapet. Patch in a
manner which is acceptable to the Owner's Representative.
3) Remove curb with plywood cover and properly frame -in and patch
opening in a manner which is acceptable to the Owner's
Representative.
4) Install appropriate base sheets and a 3/4" buffer /insulation
sheet to the roof deck per the roofing system Manufacturer's
printed instructions.
5) Install all cant strips (min. of all horizontal to vertical
surfaces), flashings for full height of all parapets, new lead
flashing for vent stack, new approved metal cap flashing
( "Colorclad or equal - User to chose color) for atop all
parapets and new approved metal drip edge at southern edge of
roof.
6) Install approved modified bitumen roofing system per the
Manufacturer's printed instructions, providing for all
necessary detailing and caulking.

General Scope of Work
1) Remove and properly dispose of all asphalt shingles, base
sheet and metal drip edge.
2) Dry -in roof deck utilizing a 30# felt.
3) Scrape existing facia and paint all facia with one undercoat
and two finish coats. Color to be selected by User.
4) Install new aluminum drip edge.
5) Install new approved three tab asphalt shingles over base
sheet per shingle Manufacturer's printed instructions with a
minimum of six nails per shingle.
6) Provide proper detailing for roof ventilators and
penetrations.
7) Provide new lead flashings for vent stacks.
