approval of Item C41 Modification Number One to extend expiration date of the Monroe
County, Florida, and RCQUINN CONSULTING, Inc. agreement to August 31, 2011.

MODIFICATION NUMBER ONE TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RCQUINN CONSULTING, INC.
This Modification is made and entered into by and between Monroe County,
(hereinafter called the "Owner"), and RCQUINN CONSULTING, Inc. (hereinafter called the
"Contractor") to modify Contract, dated October 21, 2009 ("the Agreement").
WHEREAS, the Owner and the Contractor have entered into the Agreement,
pursuant to which the Owner has provided a contract of $25,000.00 to Contractor; and
WHEREAS, the Owner and the Contractor desire to extend the term of the o -,
Agreement and adjust the line item budget. _ '-

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises of the parties -i
contained herein, the parties agree as follows: `^

1. Paragraph 6 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows::•=: : n

i. This Contract shall be effective from October 21, 2009, fflirotigh
August 31, 2011, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the
provisions of paragraph 16 of this Agreement.
2. All provisions of the Agreement being modified and any attachments thereto in
conflict with this Modification shall be and are hereby changed to conform with this
Modification, effective as of the date of the last execution of this Modification by
both parties.
3. All provisions not in conflict with this Modification remain in full force and effect, and
are to be performed at the level specified in the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this document as of the
dates set out below.
