Crawl Key, Florida
Dear Mr. Barnett,
This letter is to propose cost estimates for the architectural & engineering
services needed for the new Crawl Key Fire 'Training Facility. 'The prctiect
consists of a new 700 square foot one story building that will include two

and a wooden handicap ramp for access.
Our scope of work will consist of the following:

plan and elevations).
Develop construction drawings for the foundation and ramp.
Develop design specifications for the prefab unit.

limited funding).
The cost estimates for our work is as follows:
Design, Construction Documents & Specifications
Fee = $7,000.00
Bidding Phase
Fee= $1,000.00
Construction Administration
Fee= $2,000.00
Total Fee- $10,000.00
