All terms and conditions of the referenced Contract for On Cali Professional Engineering Services apply to the Task Order, unless the Task Order modifies an Article of the Agreement of which will be specifically referenced in this Task Order and the modification shall be precisely described. This Task Order is effective on the 14th Day of December 2011. Article it Scope of Basic Services, Paragraph 2. 1.1 is amended as follows: The scope of services for the Pigeon Key Ramp Repair Project will include the generation of an engineering report and cost estimate for preliminary design. A separate task order will be Issued for the final design and construction phases of this project. The project Is for repairs to the ramp from Pigeon Key to the Old Seven Mile Bridge to safely allow pedestrian and golf cart access. Article VII Payments, Paragraph 7.1 is amended to Include the foNowing: The Consultant shall be paid a Lump Sum not to exceed amount of $21,480 Article IX Miscellaneous, Paragraph 9.29 Federal Highway Administration Requirements do not apply to this project.
