As you know, at the October 16, 1996 Commissioner's meeting, the Board granted approval and
authorized execution of Agreements between Monroe County and the State of Florida, Department of
Community Affairs, concerning Emergency Management Base Grant Rule Chapter 9G -19, contract
number 97CP -05- 11- 54 -01 -044; and the Hazardous Material Plan, agreement number 97CP- 3V- 11 -54-
22-025.
Attached hereto are two duplicate originals of each executed by Monroe County for your follow through
with DCA. Please be sure that fully executed copies are returned to this office as quickly as possible.
