Satisfaction of Release of the Rene Roy Mortgage of record. 2. Satisfaction or Release of the Levin mortgage. 3. A hold harmless agreement with reference to any final judgment for money that may be rendered against the hospital as a result of any of the seven suits presently pending against the hospital. 4. Affidavit of Continuous Marriage of Mrs. Levin (setting forth her survivorship as his wife at his death.) 5. Non -lien affidavit. When Mr. Tittle furnishes me these documents, I will be in a position to prepare a closing statement and request the Board to approve war- rants in the amounts shown on the closing statement. The company assigned the proceeds of the transaction to this bank as collateral for the aforementioned loan. We would appreciate your acknowledgement of the enclosed assignment.
