ACTION REQUIRED: Local Office Managers are to sign the attached Proposal for Services after obtaining the Prime Sponsor's or Program Operator's signature, and return the fully executed agreement to the Employability Services section; Attention: YAEP, By June 12, 1978. BACKGROUND: Prime Sponsor and State ES Agency Instruction No. 78 -426 . requires that State Employment Security Agency offices and Prime Sponsors sign a non - financial agreement for coordination and - cooperation in Job Corps.
