•the bid for the construction of new kennels at the Key Largo
Animal Shelter to E. G. Braswell Construciton and approved
and authorized execution of a Contract for same.
Attached is one duplicate original and one Xerox copy of the
subject Contract, now executed and sealed by all parties.
The duplicate original (sealed copy) should be returned to.
your Contractor and the Xerox copy kept in your proper
departmental files.
