6, Page 9 of Monroe County, Florida Public Records, and
further known as being the Southeasterly one half of
Fern Court as desclaimed by The Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida by Resolution
No. 32 -1973, dated March 27, 1973, and more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Southwesterly
Right -of -Way line of South Point Drive and the
Southeasterly Right -of -Way line of Fern Court as shown

County, Florida Public Records, said intersection being
the POINT OF BEGINNING of that portion of Fern Court

thence bear Southerly on the arc of the curved Right -of-
