approval and authorized execution of Item F4 a Standard Memorandum of Agreement for the
usage of Xerox Copier/Printer Grant between Monroe County Board of County Commissioners
(Community Services /Social Services) and the Early Learning Coalition of Miami - Dade /Monroe,
(ELC).

Approval of Florida Department of Children and Families Standard Grant Agreement #KPZ06, Emergency Shelter
Grant formerly known as: 2011ESG/Prevention Grant Solicitation #LPZ06, between Monroe County Board of
County Commissioners (Community Services /Social Services) and the State of Florida, Department of Children
and Families. (Item- F3)
Approval of Standard Memorandum of Agreement for the usage of Xerox Copier /printer Grant between Monroe
County Board of County Commissioners (Community Services /Social Services) and the Early Learning Coalition
of Miami- Dade/Monroe, (ELC). (Item- F4)
Request Approval to apply for a Alliance For Aging, Inc. Area Agency on Aging for Miami -Dade and Monroe
Counties Empowering Older Adults Through Internet Access Invitation to Negotiate. The total amount to negotiate
is $150,000. (Item- 1
I am enclosing four (4) original copies of the above mentioned,( item- F3) please forward these to the Clerk's
Office so they may be executed on behalf of Monroe County with the Mayor's original signature. Afterwards
please ask the Clerk's Office to return them to my attention at Stop # 1.

STANDARD MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR THE USAGE OF XEROX COPIER /PRINTER
BETWEEN
MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
SOCIAL SERVICES AND
THE EARLY LEARNING COALITION OF MIA MI- DADE/MONROE
THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT for the usage of Social Services Xerox Equipment is made and entered
into between Monroe County Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as ( "County ") a political
subdivision of the State of Florida whose address is 1100 Simonton Street, Suite 190 Key West Florida, 33040 on
behalf of its Social Services Department, and the Early Learning Coalition of Miami - Dade /Monroe (ELC) whose
address is 1100 Simonton Street, Suite 1 -204 Key West, Florida, 33040.
WHEREAS, the County, Department of Social Services, maintains the Fair Market Lease rental agreement with
Xerox for the rental of one Copier /Printer W5645P, and;
WHEREAS, under the terms of the lease ELC has not been granted use of the Xerox Copier /Printer, and;
WHEREAS, ELC is requesting authorization to use the Xerox Copier /Printer and is agreeing to pay for such use;
NOWTHEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1) The monthly rental fee for the usage of Xerox Copier /Printer will be $79.87 due on or before the 1' day
of each month, payable to the Monroe County BOCC /Social Services.
2) This MOA shall be in effect beginning on the date the document is executed and payment shall begin the
following month.
