This renewal will cover the period from March 16, 2013 thru March 15, 2015. Enclosed is a duplicate original of the above - mentioned for your handling. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. cc: County Attorney w/o document Finanpe File COURIER SERVICE CONTRACT SECOND RENEWAL AND AMENDMENT THIS SECOND RENWAL AND AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT is entered into this 20th day of February, 2013, A.D., by and between MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, (hereafter also referred to as ( "owner "), and Buccaneer Courier, (hereafter referred to as "contractor "); and WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Contract for Courier Service dated January 28, 2009 commencing March 16, 2009 and expiring March 15, 2011; and WHEREAS, Section 3.04 TERM OF CONTRACT/RENEWAL of Contract provides the option to renew this contact for two (2) additional two (2) year periods; and WHEREAS, the County desires to exercise its final option to extend the contract for one (1) additional two (2) year period; N - q NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained here -the pates m hereby agree to renew and extend the existing contract as follows: r, Q 1.
